In order to properly deploy ExchangeDefender, you'll need to make several changes on your network. An updated Deployment Guide for ExchangeDefender is now available that covers network configuration, MX Record, Outbound Smarthost, and IP restrictions.
ExchangeDefender recently added the ability for users to choose if a Distribution Group is Internal or External, see full documentation. To edit these settings, please visit your Service Manager, choose the company that you would like to manage, tap the Distribution Groups tab, and click Edit.
